This project features a custom-designed sunroom with large white panoramic doors, beautiful bluestone natural stone pavers, and a vaulted tongue & groove ceiling, creating an airy, sophisticated atmosphere. A grand Indiana Limestone fireplace anchors the space, adding warmth and texture, while a mounted TV above the hearth provides the perfect setup for family gatherings and leisurely enjoyment. The fully opening bi-fold doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor transition, enhancing the sense of space and connectivity. This sunroom addition is perfect for year-round enjoyment, whether watching a game by the fire, hosting friends for a poolside gathering, or simply enjoying views of the adjacent resort-style pool area.

At the heart of this custom outdoor oasis is a luxury swimming pool, complete with a flush spa and a large tanning shelf featuring in pool loungers for sun-soaked relaxation. The bluestone coping and patio sit flush, creating a clean, minimalist look that enhances the outdoor space’s modern elegance. Positioned along the back of the pool is a low-profile brick feature wall with three decorative water scuppers that cascade gently into the pool. The brick veneer of the wall integrates perfectly with the home’s classic design, while the bluestone cap adds a refined finish. Two decorative pedestals at each end of the custom water feature wall hold potted plants, enhancing the garden-inspired feel of this stunning outdoor living area.
