“We hired Boyce to design and build-out our entire backyard, including a pool and hot-tub, multiple large patios, a covered poolside structure, and an outdoor bathroom. The company came highly recommended from a neighbor who had used them for similar services. The short review is easy: Boyce is a fantastic company run by highly professional people who stand by their work and their fee estimates. We have owned several homes and have undertaken a number of large renovations. We know the difference between high and low quality workmanship and between great and not-so-great customer service.

We have high standards for both. Boyce exceeded our expectations at every turn – great design capabilities, great work, and great customer service. To be sure, our project was not without its challenges – all large projects have them. We had to change scope as a result of unexpected issues with the quality of our dirt. This resulted in needing to redo our design plans, which Boyce handled efficiently and effectively (without cost to us). We are actually happier with the result! We also had issues with a faulty gas fire pit and some bad stain. Boyce spent time troubleshooting both issues, again at no cost to us. Both were fixed to our satisfaction. These challenges were the exception not the rule. The vast majority of the project happened as planned, on-time and on-budget. When Boyce said teams would be here, they were here. And those teams were highly professional – courteous, hardworking, and high quality. The one other item worth mentioning is that we wanted a company that could handle all of the backyard, not just pieces – we didn’t want the hassle of trying coordinate a pool company, a carpenter, a plumber, etc. One great advantage of using Boyce was that they could deliver the full scope of the project. When we researched our options, very few companies were able to handle the full scope. Highly recommended.”
