This comprehensive project encompasses an overhaul of our clients outdated basement and their under-utilized backyard. The basement phase of the project included the addition of a guest bedroom overlooking the new pool area as well as renovation of their existing basement space. We created a spa like bathroom with a sauna and rain shower. The focal point of the basement is the custom bar area that opens into the game room, billiard room, and theater. Our design team created an open flow between the living spaces of the basement. Their new basement now has an impressive and open feel that flows seamlessly into their new outdoor living space creating a wonderful flow for entertaining.

The outdoor design is composed of a natural pool and landscape renovation that was designed and built for a couple who wanted a space to relax in after their children left home. This heavily wooded property, located in Johns Creek, overlooks a golf course, creating an intimate setting with a grand backdrop for their backyard renovation. We left enough room in the backyard so the dogs could still run and play and maintained the large established trees and open views. We matched the surrounding area with a native landscaping, including a stream and water feature that winds its way through the boulder garden. Including a spa as well, this project provided this couple with the intimate, yet natural space they desired.
